Daniel 1:13-15
New International Version
13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.”(A) 14 So he agreed to this and tested(B) them for ten days.
15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.(C)

14 So he listened to them, and tested them for ten days. 15 At the end of ten days they looked even better. They were fatter than all the young men who had been eating the king’s best food.

13 Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with thy servants.
14 So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days.
15 And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.
