9 Out of one of them came (A)a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward (B)the south, toward the east, and toward (C)the glorious land. 10 (D)It grew great, (E)even to the host of heaven. And some of the host (F)and some[a] of (G)the stars it threw down to the ground and (H)trampled on them. 11 (I)It became great, even as great as (J)the Prince of the host. (K)And the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown. 12 And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression,[b] and it will throw truth to the ground, and (L)it will act and prosper.

9 Out of one of them came another horn, which started small(A) but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land.(B) 10 It grew until it reached(C) the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth(D) and trampled(E) on them. 11 It set itself up to be as great as the commander(F) of the army of the Lord;(G) it took away the daily sacrifice(H) from the Lord, and his sanctuary was thrown down.(I) 12 Because of rebellion, the Lord’s people[a] and the daily sacrifice were given over to it. It prospered in everything it did, and truth was thrown to the ground.(J)

10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.
11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down.
12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.
