⁴ Then the herald loudly proclaimed: “To you ^[a]the command is given, ^(A)O peoples, nations and men of every ^[b]language,

¹⁹ Because of the grandeur which He bestowed on him, all the peoples, nations and men of every ^[a]language feared and trembled before him; ^(A)whomever he wished he killed and whomever he wished he spared alive; and whomever he wished he elevated and whomever he wished he humbled.

A Multitude from the Tribulation

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from ^(A)every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing ^(B)before the throne and ^(C)before the Lamb, clothed in ^(D)white robes, and ^(E)palm branches were in their hands;

¹¹ And ^(A)they *said to me, “You must ^(B)prophesy again concerning ^(C)many peoples and nations and tongues and ^(D)kings.”

⁹ Those from ^(A)the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead ^[a]bodies for three and a half days, and ^[b](B)will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb.
