Daniel 2:18-20

18 so that they might (A)seek compassion from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that Daniel and his friends would not be (B)destroyed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. 19 Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a night (C)vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven; 20 Daniel answered and said,

“Let the name of God be (D)blessed forever and ever,
For (E)wisdom and might belong to Him.

New International Version

18 He urged them to plead for mercy(A) from the God of heaven(B) concerning this mystery,(C) so that he and his friends might not be executed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. 19 During the night the mystery(D) was revealed to Daniel in a vision.(E) Then Daniel praised the God of heaven(F) 20 and said:

“Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever;(G)
    wisdom and power(H) are his.
