Common English Bible
3 Those skilled in wisdom[a] will shine like the sky. Those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever and always. 4 But you, Daniel, must keep these words secret! Seal the scroll until the end time! Many will stray far, but knowledge will increase.”

5 I, Daniel, looked and suddenly saw two other figures—one standing on each side of the stream.

3 Those who are wise[a](A) will shine(B) like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness,(C) like the stars for ever and ever.(D) 4 But you, Daniel, roll up and seal(E) the words of the scroll until the time of the end.(F) Many will go here and there(G) to increase knowledge.”
5 Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank.(H)
