Colossians 3:2-6

New International Version

² Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.^{(A) 3} For you died,^(B) and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is your^[a] life,^(C) appears,^(D) then you also will appear with him in glory.^(E)

⁵ Put to death,^(F) therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature:^(G) sexual immorality,^(H) impurity, lust, evil desires and greed,^(I) which is idolatry.^{(J) 6} Because of these, the wrath of God^(K) is coming.^[b]
