^12 (A)Put on then, as ^(B)God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, ^(C)compassionate hearts, ^(D)kindness, ^(E)humility, meekness, and patience, ^13 (F)bearing with one another and, ^(G)if one has a complaint against another, ^(H)forgiving each other; ^(I)as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. ¹⁴ And above all these put on ^(J)love, which ^(K)binds everything together in ^(L)perfect harmony.

^2 (A)complete my joy by being ^(B)of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. ³ Do nothing from ^(C)selfish ambition or ^(D)conceit, but in ^(E)humility count others more significant than yourselves. ⁴ Let each of you ^(F)look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. ^5 (G)Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,^[a]
