Colossians 2:15-17
International Standard Version
15 And when he had disarmed the rulers and the authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross.[a]
16 Therefore, let no one judge you in matters of food and drink or with respect to a festival, a New Moon, or Sabbath days.[b] 17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the reality[c] belongs to the Messiah.[d]

16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you(C) by what you eat or drink,(D) or with regard to a religious festival,(E) a New Moon celebration(F) or a Sabbath day.(G) 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come;(H) the reality, however, is found in Christ.
