Colossians 1:18-21
Common English Bible
18 He is the head of the body, the church,
who is the beginning,
the one who is firstborn from among the dead[a]
so that he might occupy the first place in everything.
19 Because all the fullness of God was pleased to live in him,
20 and he reconciled all things to himself through him—
whether things on earth or in the heavens.
He brought peace through the blood of his cross.
21 Once you were alienated from God and you were enemies with him in your minds, which was shown by your evil actions.

Colossians 1:18-21
New International Version
18 And he is the head(A) of the body, the church;(B) he is the beginning and the firstborn(C) from among the dead,(D) so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased(E) to have all his fullness(F) dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile(G) to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven,(H) by making peace(I) through his blood,(J) shed on the cross.
21 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies(K) in your minds(L) because of[a] your evil behavior.
