3 A tefillah of Chabakuk HaNavi. On Shigionoth.
2 Hashem, I have heard Thy speech, and was afraid; Hashem, revive Thy work in the midst of the shanim, in the midst of the shanim make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3 G-d came from Teman, and HaKadosh from Mt Paran. Selah. His hod (glory) covered HaShomayim, and ha’aretz was full of His tehillah (praise).
4 And His brightness was like the ohr; He had rays of light flashing from His yad; and there was His power hidden.
5 Before Him went the dever (plague), and pestilence went forth at His feet.
6 He stood, and measured ha’aretz; He beheld, and made the Goyim tremble; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow; His ways are olam (everlasting).
7 I saw the tents of Kushan in affliction; and the dwellings of Eretz Midyan did tremble.
8 Was Hashem displeased against the rivers? Was Thine anger against the rivers? Was Thy wrath against the yam, that Thou didst ride upon Thine susim and Thy merkavot of yeshuah (salvation)?
9 Thy keshet (bow) was made bare. Oathes were sworn over mattot (rods, arrows). Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.
10 The harim (mountains) saw Thee, and they trembled; the overflowing of the water passed by; the tehom (deep) uttered its voice, and lifted up its hands on high.
11 The shemesh and yarei’ach stood still in their habitation; at the ohr of Thine arrows they went, and at the lightning of Thy glittering spear.
12 Thou didst march through the land in indignation, Thou didst thresh the Goyim in anger.
13 Thou wentest forth for the salvation of Thy people, even for deliverance of Thy Moshiach; Thou crushed the rosh of the bais of the wicked, Thou stripped him thigh to neck. Selah.
14 Thou didst pierce with his spears the head of his horde; they came out like a whirlwind to scatter me; their rejoicing was like unto devouring the aniyim (the poor) in secret.
15 Thou didst walk through the yam with Thine susim, through the heap of mayim rabbim.
16 When I heard, my heart trembled; my lips quivered at the voice; rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might wait patiently for the Yom Tzarah to come on the nation invading us.
17 Although the etz te’enah shall not blossom, neither shall grape be on the gefen; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no okhel; the tzon shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls;
18 Yet I will rejoice in Hashem, I will joy in the G-d of my salvation.
19 Hashem Adonoi is my strength, and He will make my feet like the feet of a deer, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

3 Oración del profeta Habacuc, sobre Sigionot.
2 Oh Jehová, he oído tu palabra, y temí.
Oh Jehová, aviva tu obra en medio de los tiempos,
En medio de los tiempos hazla conocer;
En la ira acuérdate de la misericordia.
3 Dios vendrá de Temán,
Y el Santo desde el monte de Parán. Selah
Su gloria cubrió los cielos,
Y la tierra se llenó de su alabanza.
4 Y el resplandor fue como la luz;
Rayos brillantes salían de su mano,
Y allí estaba escondido su poder.
5 Delante de su rostro iba mortandad,
Y a sus pies salían carbones encendidos.
6 Se levantó, y midió la tierra;
Miró, e hizo temblar las gentes;
Los montes antiguos fueron desmenuzados,
Los collados antiguos se humillaron.
Sus caminos son eternos.
7 He visto las tiendas de Cusán en aflicción;
Las tiendas de la tierra de Madián temblaron.
8 ¿Te airaste, oh Jehová, contra los ríos?
¿Contra los ríos te airaste?
¿Fue tu ira contra el mar
Cuando montaste en tus caballos,
Y en tus carros de victoria?
9 Se descubrió enteramente tu arco;
Los juramentos a las tribus fueron palabra segura. Selah
Hendiste la tierra con ríos.
10 Te vieron y tuvieron temor los montes;
Pasó la inundación de las aguas;
El abismo dio su voz,
A lo alto alzó sus manos.
11 El sol y la luna se pararon en su lugar;
A la luz de tus saetas anduvieron,
Y al resplandor de tu fulgente lanza.
12 Con ira hollaste la tierra,
Con furor trillaste las naciones.
13 Saliste para socorrer a tu pueblo,
Para socorrer a tu ungido.
Traspasaste la cabeza de la casa del impío,
Descubriendo el cimiento hasta la roca. Selah
14 Horadaste con sus propios dardos las cabezas de sus guerreros,
Que como tempestad acometieron para dispersarme,
Cuyo regocijo era como para devorar al pobre encubiertamente.
15 Caminaste en el mar con tus caballos,
Sobre la mole de las grandes aguas.
16 Oí, y se conmovieron mis entrañas;
A la voz temblaron mis labios;
Pudrición entró en mis huesos, y dentro de mí me estremecí;
Si bien estaré quieto en el día de la angustia,
Cuando suba al pueblo el que lo invadirá con sus tropas.
17 Aunque la higuera no florezca,
Ni en las vides haya frutos,
Aunque falte el producto del olivo,
Y los labrados no den mantenimiento,
Y las ovejas sean quitadas de la majada,
Y no haya vacas en los corrales;
18 Con todo, yo me alegraré en Jehová,
Y me gozaré en el Dios de mi salvación.
19 Jehová el Señor es mi fortaleza,
El cual hace mis pies como de ciervas,(A)
Y en mis alturas me hace andar.
Al jefe de los cantores, sobre mis instrumentos de cuerdas.

2 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 听 见 你 的 名 声 （ 或 译 ： 言 语 ） 就 惧 怕 。 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 在 这 些 年 间 复 兴 你 的 作 为 ， 在 这 些 年 间 显 明 出 来 ； 在 发 怒 的 时 候 以 怜 悯 为 念 。
3 神 从 提 幔 而 来 ； 圣 者 从 巴 兰 山 临 到 。 （ 细 拉 ） 他 的 荣 光 遮 蔽 诸 天 ； 颂 赞 充 满 大 地 。
4 他 的 辉 煌 如 同 日 光 ； 从 他 手 里 射 出 光 线 ， 在 其 中 藏 着 他 的 能 力 。
5 在 他 前 面 有 瘟 疫 流 行 ； 在 他 脚 下 有 热 症 发 出 。

8 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 乘 在 马 上 ， 坐 在 得 胜 的 车 上 ， 岂 是 不 喜 悦 江 河 、 向 江 河 发 怒 气 、 向 洋 海 发 愤 恨 麽 ？
9 你 的 弓 全 然 显 露 ， 向 众 支 派 所 起 的 誓 都 是 可 信 的 。 （ 细 拉 ） 你 以 江 河 分 开 大 地 。
10 山 岭 见 你 ， 无 不 战 惧 ； 大 水 ? 滥 过 去 ， 深 渊 发 声 ， 汹 涌 翻 腾 （ 原 文 是 向 上 举 手 ） 。
11 因 你 的 箭 射 出 ， 发 光 ， 你 的 枪 闪 出 光 耀 ， 日 月 都 在 本 宫 停 住 。
12 你 发 愤 恨 通 行 大 地 ， 发 怒 气 责 打 列 国 ， 如 同 打 粮 。
13 你 出 来 要 拯 救 你 的 百 姓 ， 拯 救 你 的 受 膏 者 ， 打 破 恶 人 家 长 的 头 ， 露 出 他 的 脚 （ 原 文 是 根 基 ） ， 直 到 颈 项 。 （ 细 拉 ）
14 你 用 敌 人 的 戈 矛 刺 透 他 战 士 的 头 ； 他 们 来 如 旋 风 ， 要 将 我 们 分 散 。 他 们 所 喜 爱 的 是 暗 中 吞 吃 贫 民 。
15 你 乘 马 践 踏 红 海 ， 就 是 践 踏 汹 涌 的 大 水 。
16 我 听 见 耶 和 华 的 声 音 ， 身 体 战 兢 ， 嘴 唇 发 颤 ， 骨 中 朽 烂 ； 我 在 所 立 之 处 战 兢 。 我 只 可 安 静 等 候 灾 难 之 日 临 到 ， 犯 境 之 民 上 来 。
17 虽 然 无 花 果 树 不 发 旺 ， 葡 萄 树 不 结 果 ， 橄 榄 树 也 不 效 力 ， 田 地 不 出 粮 食 ， 圈 中 绝 了 羊 ， 棚 内 也 没 有 牛 ；
18 然 而 ， 我 要 因 耶 和 华 欢 欣 ， 因 救 我 的 神 喜 乐 。
19 主 耶 和 华 是 我 的 力 量 ； 他 使 我 的 脚 快 如 母 鹿 的 蹄 ， 又 使 我 稳 行 在 高 处 。 这 歌 交 与 伶 长 ， 用 丝 弦 的 乐 器 。
