4 Después de esto, miré y vi una puerta abierta en el cielo; y la voz que yo había escuchado primero, y que parecía un toque de trompeta, me dijo: «Sube acá y te mostraré las cosas que tienen que suceder después de éstas.»
2 En ese momento quedé bajo el poder del Espíritu, y vi un trono puesto en el cielo, y alguien estaba sentado en el trono. 3 El que estaba sentado en el trono tenía el aspecto de un diamante o de un rubí, y alrededor del trono había un arco iris que brillaba como una esmeralda; 4 también alrededor del trono vi otros veinticuatro tronos, en los cuales estaban sentados veinticuatro ancianos: iban vestidos de blanco y llevaban una corona de oro en la cabeza. 5 Del trono salían relámpagos, voces y truenos; y delante del trono ardían siete antorchas de fuego, que son los siete espíritus de Dios. 6 Delante del trono había también algo que parecía un mar, transparente como el cristal.
En el centro, donde estaba el trono, y a su alrededor, había cuatro seres vivientes llenos de ojos por delante y por detrás. 7 El primero de aquellos seres parecía un león, el segundo parecía un toro, el tercero tenía aspecto humano, y el cuarto parecía un águila volando. 8 Cada uno de los cuatro seres vivientes tenía seis alas, y estaba cubierto de ojos por fuera y por dentro. Y ni de día ni de noche dejaban de decir:
«¡Santo, santo, santo es el Señor,
Dios todopoderoso,
el que era y es y ha de venir!»
9-10 Cada vez que esos seres vivientes dan gloria y honor y gracias al que está sentado en el trono, al que vive por todos los siglos, los veinticuatro ancianos se arrodillan ante él y lo adoran y, arrojando sus coronas delante del trono, dicen:
11 «Tú eres digno, Señor y Dios nuestro,
de recibir la gloria, el honor y el poder,
porque tú has creado todas las cosas;
por tu voluntad existen y han sido creadas.»

4 Pagkatapos nito, nakita kong nabuksan ang pinto sa langit. At narinig kong muli ang tinig na parang trumpeta. Sinabi niya, “Umakyat ka rito at ipapakita ko sa iyo ang mga mangyayari sa hinaharap.” 2 Bigla na lang akong napuspos ng Banal na Espiritu. At nakita ko roon sa langit ang isang trono na may nakaupo 3 na nagniningning tulad ng mamahaling mga batong jasper at kornalina. At nakapaikot sa trono ang bahagharing kakulay ng batong esmeralda. 4 Nakapaligid sa trono ang 24 pang trono kung saan nakaupo ang 24 na namumuno na nakaputi at may mga koronang ginto. 5 Mula sa tronoʼy kumikidlat, kumukulog at may umuugong. Sa harap ng tronoʼy may pitong nakasinding ilawan. Ito ang pitong Espiritu ng Dios.[a] 6 Sa harap ng trono ay mayroon ding parang dagat na salamin na kasinglinaw ng kristal.
Nakapaligid sa trono ang apat na buhay na nilalang na punong-puno ng mga mata sa harap at likod. 7 Ang unang nilalang ay parang leon, ang pangalawa ay parang guya,[b] ang pangatlo ay may mukha na parang tao, at ang pang-apat ay parang agilang lumilipad. 8 Tig-aanim ang mga pakpak nila at punong-puno ng mata ang buong katawan. Araw-gabi ay wala silang tigil sa pagsasabi ng:
“Banal! Banal! Banal ang Panginoong Dios nating makapangyarihan sa lahat.
Siya ang Dios noon, ngayon, at sa hinaharap.”
9 Habang nagbibigay sila ng parangal, papuri at pasasalamat sa nakaupo sa trono na nabubuhay magpakailanman, 10 lumuluhod at sumasamba sa kanya ang 24 na namumuno. Iniaalay nila ang mga korona nila sa harap ng trono, at sinasabi,
11 “Karapat-dapat po kayo Panginoon naming Dios na tumanggap ng parangal, papuri at kapangyarihan,
dahil kayo ang lumikha sa lahat ng bagay.
At ginawa ninyo ang mga ito ayon sa inyong kagustuhan.”

The Throne in Heaven
4 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open(A) in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet(B) said, “Come up here,(C) and I will show you what must take place after this.”(D) 2 At once I was in the Spirit,(E) and there before me was a throne in heaven(F) with someone sitting on it. 3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper(G) and ruby.(H) A rainbow(I) that shone like an emerald(J) encircled the throne. 4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders.(K) They were dressed in white(L) and had crowns of gold on their heads. 5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder.(M) In front of the throne, seven lamps(N) were blazing. These are the seven spirits[a](O) of God. 6 Also in front of the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass,(P) clear as crystal.
In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures,(Q) and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back.(R) 7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.(S) 8 Each of the four living creatures(T) had six wings(U) and was covered with eyes all around,(V) even under its wings. Day and night(W) they never stop saying:
9 Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne(Z) and who lives for ever and ever,(AA) 10 the twenty-four elders(AB) fall down before him(AC) who sits on the throne(AD) and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

4 Después de esto miré, y he aquí una puerta abierta en el cielo. La primera voz que oí era como de trompeta que hablaba conmigo diciendo: “¡Sube acá, y te mostraré las cosas que han de acontecer después de estas!”.
2 De inmediato estuve en el Espíritu[a]; y he aquí un trono estaba puesto en el cielo, y sobre el trono uno sentado. 3 Y el que estaba sentado era semejante a una piedra de jaspe y de cornalina; y alrededor del trono, un arco iris semejante al aspecto de la esmeralda. 4 También alrededor del trono había veinticuatro tronos; y sobre los tronos, veinticuatro ancianos sentados, vestidos de vestiduras blancas, con coronas de oro sobre sus cabezas.
5 Del trono salen relámpagos y truenos y voces. Y delante del trono arden siete antorchas de fuego, las cuales son los siete Espíritus de Dios. 6 Y delante del trono hay como un mar de vidrio, semejante al cristal.
Junto al trono, y alrededor del mismo, hay cuatro seres vivientes llenos de ojos por delante y por detrás. 7 El primer ser viviente es semejante a un león, y el segundo ser viviente es semejante a un becerro, y el tercer ser viviente tiene cara como de hombre, y el cuarto ser viviente es semejante a un águila volando. 8 Y cada uno de los cuatro seres vivientes tiene seis alas, y alrededor y por dentro están llenos de ojos. Ni de día ni de noche cesan de decir:
“¡Santo, Santo, Santo
es el Señor Dios Todopoderoso, que era y que es y que ha de venir!”[b].
9 Y cada vez que los seres vivientes dan[c] gloria, honra y alabanza al que está sentado en el trono y que vive por los siglos de los siglos, 10 los veinticuatro ancianos se postran[d] delante del que está sentado en el trono y adoran[e] al que vive por los siglos de los siglos; y echan[f] sus coronas delante del trono, diciendo:
11 “Digno eres tú,
oh Señor y Dios nuestro,
de recibir la gloria,
la honra y el poder;
porque tú has creado
todas las cosas,
y por tu voluntad tienen ser
y fueron creadas”.
