19 ¶ Después de estas cosas oí una gran voz de gran compañía en el cielo, que decía: Alelu-JAH. Salvación y honra y gloria y potencia al Señor Dios nuestro,
2 porque sus juicios son verdaderos y justos; porque él ha juzgado a la gran ramera, que ha corrompido la tierra con su fornicación, y ha vengado la sangre de sus esclavos de la mano de ella.
3 Y otra vez dijeron: Alelu-JAH. Y su humo subió para siempre jamás.
4 Y los veinticuatro ancianos y los cuatro animales cayeron sobre sus rostros, y adoraron a Dios que estaba sentado sobre el trono, diciendo: ¡Amén! ¡Alelu-JAH!
5 ¶ Y salió una voz del trono, que decía: Load a nuestro Dios todos sus esclavos, y los que le teméis, así pequeños como grandes.
6 Y oí como la voz de una gran compañía, y como ruido de muchas aguas, y como la voz de grandes truenos, que decían: ¡Alelu-JAH, porque el Señor nuestro Dios Todopoderoso ha reinado!
7 Gocémonos y alegrémonos y démosle gloria; porque son venidas las bodas del Cordero, y su mujer se ha aparejado.
8 Y le ha sido dado que se vista de tela de lino finísimo, limpio y resplandeciente; porque el lino finísimo es la justicia de los santos.
9 Y él me dice: Escribe: Bienaventurados los que son llamados a la cena de las bodas del Cordero. Y me dijo: Estas son las verdaderas palabras de Dios.
10 Y yo me postré a sus pies para adorarle. Y él me dijo: Mira que no lo hagas; yo soy siervo contigo, y con tus hermanos que tienen el testimonio de Jesús; adora a Dios, porque el testimonio de Jesús es el espíritu de profecía.
11 ¶ Y vi el cielo abierto; y he aquí un caballo blanco; y el que estaba sentado sobre él, era llamado Fiel y Verdadero, el cual en justicia juzga y pelea.
12 Y sus ojos eran como llama de fuego, y había en su cabeza muchas diademas; y tenía un nombre escrito que ninguno ha conocido sino él mismo;
13 y estaba vestido de una ropa teñida en sangre; y su nombre es llamado LA PALABRA DE DIOS.
14 Y los ejércitos que están en el cielo le seguían en caballos blancos, vestidos de lino finísimo, blanco y limpio.
15 Y de su boca sale una espada aguda, para herir con ella los gentiles; y él los regirá con vara de hierro; y él pisa el lagar del vino del furor, y de la ira del Dios Todopoderoso.
16 Y en su vestidura y en su muslo tiene escrito este nombre: REY DE REYES Y SEÑOR DE SEÑORES.
17 Y vi un ángel que estaba dentro del sol, y clamó con gran voz, diciendo a todas las aves que volaban por medio del cielo: Venid, y congregaos a la cena del gran Dios,
18 Para que comáis carne de reyes, y de capitanes, y carne de fuertes, y carne de caballos, y de los que están sentados sobre ellos; y carne de todos libres y esclavos, de pequeños y de grandes.
19 Y vi la bestia, y los reyes de la tierra y sus ejércitos, congregados para hacer guerra contra el que estaba sentado sobre el caballo, y contra su ejército.
20 Y la bestia fue presa, y con ella el falso Profeta que había hecho las señales delante de ella, con las cuales había engañado a los que tomaron la marca de la bestia, y habían adorado su imagen. Estos dos fueron lanzados vivos dentro del lago de fuego ardiendo en azufre.
21 Y los otros fueron muertos con la espada que salía de la boca del que estaba sentado sobre el caballo; y todas las aves se saciaron de las carnes de ellos.

Heaven Exults over Babylon
19 After these things (A)I [a]heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! (B)Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to [b]the Lord our God! 2 For (C)true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He (D)has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” 3 Again they said, “Alleluia! (E)Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” 4 And (F)the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, (G)“Amen! Alleluia!” 5 Then a voice came from the throne, saying, (H)“Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, (I)both[c] small and great!”
6 (J)And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For (K)the[d] Lord God Omnipotent reigns! 7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for (L)the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 8 And (M)to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, (N)for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
9 Then he said to me, “Write: (O)‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he said to me, (P)“These are the true sayings of God.” 10 And (Q)I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, (R)“See that you do not do that! I am your (S)fellow servant, and of your brethren (T)who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the (U)testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Christ on a White Horse
11 (V)Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, (W)a white horse. And He who sat on him was called (X)Faithful and True, and (Y)in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 (Z)His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. (AA)He [e]had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 (AB)He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called (AC)The Word of God. 14 (AD)And the armies in heaven, (AE)clothed in [f]fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now (AF)out of His mouth goes a [g]sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And (AG)He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. (AH)He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And (AI)He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

LORD OF LORDS.
The Beast and His Armies Defeated
17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, (AK)“Come and gather together for the [h]supper of the great God, 18 (AL)that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, [i]free and slave, both small and great.”
19 (AM)And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 20 (AN)Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and (AO)those who worshiped his image. (AP)These two were cast alive into the lake of fire (AQ)burning with brimstone. 21 And the rest (AR)were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. (AS)And all the birds (AT)were filled with their flesh.

17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

The Rejoicing in Heaven
19 After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,
‘Hallelujah!
Salvation and glory and power to our God,
2 for his judgements are true and just;
he has judged the great whore
who corrupted the earth with her fornication,
and he has avenged on her the blood of his servants.’[a]
3 Once more they said,
‘Hallelujah!
The smoke goes up from her for ever and ever.’
4 And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshipped God who is seated on the throne, saying,
‘Amen. Hallelujah!’
5 And from the throne came a voice saying,
‘Praise our God,
all you his servants,[b]
and all who fear him,
small and great.’
6 Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunder-peals, crying out,
‘Hallelujah!
For the Lord our God
the Almighty reigns.
7 Let us rejoice and exult
and give him the glory,
for the marriage of the Lamb has come,
and his bride has made herself ready;
8 to her it has been granted to be clothed
with fine linen, bright and pure’—
for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
9 And the angel said[c] to me, ‘Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’ And he said to me, ‘These are true words of God.’ 10 Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, ‘You must not do that! I am a fellow-servant[d] with you and your comrades[e] who hold the testimony of Jesus.[f] Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus[g] is the spirit of prophecy.’
The Rider on the White Horse
11 Then I saw heaven opened, and there was a white horse! Its rider is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. 12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems; and he has a name inscribed that no one knows but himself. 13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in[h] blood, and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies of heaven, wearing fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. 15 From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule[i] them with a rod of iron; he will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name inscribed, ‘King of kings and Lord of lords’.
The Beast and Its Armies Defeated
17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to all the birds that fly in mid-heaven, ‘Come, gather for the great supper of God, 18 to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of the mighty, the flesh of horses and their riders—flesh of all, both free and slave, both small and great.’ 19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against the rider on the horse and against his army. 20 And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed in its presence the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshipped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulphur. 21 And the rest were killed by the sword of the rider on the horse, the sword that came from his mouth; and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.
