12 ¶ Por lo cual alegraos, cielos, y los que moráis en ellos. ¡Ay de los moradores de la tierra y del mar! Porque el diablo ha descendido a vosotros, teniendo gran ira, sabiendo que tiene poco tiempo.
13 Y cuando vio el dragón que él había sido derribado en tierra, persiguió a la mujer que había dado a luz el hijo varón.
14 Y fueron dadas a la mujer dos alas del gran águila, para que de la presencia de la serpiente volara al desierto a su lugar, donde es mantenida por un tiempo, y tiempos, y la mitad de un tiempo.

12 Therefore (A)rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! (B)Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, (C)because he knows that he has a short time.”
The Woman Persecuted
13 Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted (D)the woman who gave birth to the male Child. 14 (E)But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, (F)that she might fly (G)into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished (H)for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

13 Cuando el dragón(F) vio que había sido arrojado a la tierra, persiguió a la mujer que había dado a luz al Hijo varón(G). 14 Y se le dieron a la mujer las dos alas de la gran águila(H) a fin de que volara de la presencia[b] de la serpiente al desierto(I), a su lugar, donde fue* sustentada por un tiempo, tiempos y medio tiempo(J).
