8 «Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega —dice el Señor Dios—, el que es y que era y que ha de venir, el Todopoderoso».

9 Yo, Juan, hermano de ustedes y compañero en el sufrimiento, en el reino y en la perseverancia que tenemos en Jesús, estaba en la isla de Patmos por causa de la palabra de Dios y del testimonio de Jesús.

7 Behold, He is coming with (A)clouds, and every eye will see Him, even (B)they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8 (C)“I am the Alpha and the Omega, [a]the Beginning and the End,” says the [b]Lord, (D)“who is and who was and who is to come, the (E)Almighty.”

9 I, John, [c]both your brother and (F)companion in the tribulation and (G)kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
