As sete taças da ira de Deus
16 Depois ouvi uma voz forte vinda do templo dizer aos sete anjos:
—Vão e derramem até esvaziar as sete taças da ira de Deus sobre a terra.
2 O primeiro anjo saiu e esvaziou a sua taça sobre a terra. Então apareceram úlceras terríveis e dolorosas nas pessoas que eram portadoras da marca do monstro e que adoravam a sua imagem.
3 O segundo anjo esvaziou a sua taça no mar. O mar se tornou em sangue, como o sangue de um morto, e todo ser vivente que havia no mar morreu.
4 O terceiro anjo esvaziou a sua taça nos rios e nas fontes de água e elas se tornaram em sangue. 5 Então ouvi o anjo que tinha autoridade sobre as águas dizer:
—O Senhor é o Santo e aquele que é e que sempre foi!
O Senhor é justo em fazer este julgamento!
6 Eles derramaram o sangue do povo de Deus e dos profetas
e, por isso, o Senhor lhes tem dado sangue para beber.
E isso é o que eles merecem!
7 Aí ouvi uma voz que vinha do altar. Isto é o que foi dito:
—De fato, ó Senhor, Deus Todo-Poderoso,
os seus julgamentos são justos e verdadeiros.
8 O quarto anjo esvaziou a sua taça sobre o sol, permitindo-lhe assim queimar as pessoas com fogo. 9 E de fato as pessoas foram queimadas com o intenso calor. Elas insultaram o nome de Deus, que tem a autoridade sobre estas pragas, mas nem sequer mudaram a sua forma de pensar e de viver ou lhe deram glória.
10 O quinto anjo esvaziou a sua taça sobre o trono do monstro, cujo reino ficou na escuridão. E as pessoas mordiam a língua por causa da dor. 11 Elas insultaram o Deus do céu por causa das suas dores e das suas úlceras, mas não mudaram a sua forma de pensar e de viver a respeito das suas más obras.
12 O sexto anjo esvaziou a sua taça sobre o grande rio Eufrates e a água do rio secou para que se preparasse o caminho dos reis que vêm do Leste. 13 Então vi três espíritos maus que eram parecidos com rãs saírem das bocas do dragão, do monstro e do falso profeta. 14 Eles eram espíritos de demônios e tinham o poder para fazer milagres. Eles se dirigiam aos reis do mundo inteiro com o fim de reuni-los para a batalha do grande Dia do Deus Todo-Poderoso.
15 —Escutem, eu vou chegar assim como o ladrão chega. Feliz é aquele que se mantém acordado e toma conta da sua roupa, pois assim ele não andará nu nem ficará envergonhado em público.
16 Então os espíritos maus reuniram todos os reis no lugar que em hebraico se chama “Armagedom”[a].
17 O sétimo anjo esvaziou a sua taça no ar e uma voz forte saiu do templo do lado do trono, dizendo:
—Está feito!
18 E houve relâmpagos, barulhos, trovões e um grande terremoto. Esse foi o maior terremoto que já ocorreu desde que o homem habita a terra. 19 A grande cidade se dividiu em três partes e as cidades dos pagãos foram destruídas. E Deus se lembrou de castigar a grande cidade de Babilônia e lhe deu o cálice com o vinho da sua terrível ira. 20 Todas as ilhas desapareceram e nenhuma montanha foi encontrada. 21 Chuvas de pedra caíram do céu sobre as pessoas, com pedras que pesavam mais ou menos quarenta quilos[b]. E as pessoas insultaram a Deus por causa da praga das chuvas de pedra, pois ela era terrível.

16 我听见有大声音从圣所里发出来，向那七位天使说：“你们去，把 神烈怒的七碗倒在地上！”
2 第一位天使去了，把碗倒在地上，就有恶性的毒疮，生在那些有兽的记号和拜兽像的人身上。
3 第二位天使把碗倒在海里，海水就变成好象死人的血，海里的一切生物都死了。
4 第三位天使把碗倒在江河和众水的泉源里，水就变成了血。 5 我听见掌管众水的天使说：
“今在昔在的圣者啊！
你这样审判是公义的，
6 因为他们曾流圣徒和先知的血，
现在你给他们血喝，
这是他们该受的。”
7 我又听见祭坛中有声音说：
“是的，主啊！全能的 神，
你的审判真实、公义！”
8 第四位天使把碗倒在太阳上，太阳就得了能力，可以用火烤人。 9 人被高热烧烤，就亵渎那有权柄掌管这些灾难的 神的名，并不悔改，把荣耀归给他。
10 第五位天使把碗倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就黑暗了。人因为痛苦就咬自己的舌头。 11 他们又因为所受的痛苦和所生的疮，亵渎天上的 神，并不为自己所作的悔改。
12 第六位天使把碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水就干了，为了要给那些从东方来的王预备道路。 13 我看见三个污灵，好象青蛙从龙口、兽口和假先知的口中出来。 14 他们原是鬼魔的灵，施行奇事；牠们到普天下的众王那里去，叫他们在全能 神的大日聚集作战。 15 （看哪，我来像贼一样！那警醒、看守自己衣服的是有福的！他就不至于赤身行走，让人看见他的羞耻。） 16 污灵就把众王聚集在一个地方，希伯来话叫哈米吉多顿。
17 第七位天使把碗倒在空中，就有大声音从圣所的宝座上发出来，说：“成了！” 18 于是有闪电、响声、雷轰和大地震，自从地上有人以来，没发生过这么大的地震， 19 那大城裂为三段，列国的城也都倒塌了。 神也想起巴比伦大城来，要把自己烈怒的酒杯递给它。 20 各海岛都逃避了，众山也不见了。 21 有大冰雹从天上落在人的身上，每块重约四十公斤。由于这冰雹的灾，人就亵渎 神，因为这灾太严重了。

The Seven Bowls
16 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying (A)to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the [a]bowls (B)of the wrath of God on the earth.”
First Bowl: Loathsome Sores
2 So the first went and poured out his bowl (C)upon the earth, and a [b]foul and (D)loathsome sore came upon the men (E)who had the mark of the beast and those (F)who worshiped his image.
Second Bowl: The Sea Turns to Blood
3 Then the second angel poured out his bowl (G)on the sea, and (H)it became blood as of a dead man; (I)and every living creature in the sea died.
Third Bowl: The Waters Turn to Blood
4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl (J)on the rivers and springs of water, (K)and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying:
(L)“You are righteous, [c]O Lord,
The One (M)who is and who [d]was and who is to be,
Because You have judged these things.
6 For (N)they have shed the blood (O)of saints and prophets,
(P)And You have given them blood to drink.
[e]For it is their just due.”
7 And I heard [f]another from the altar saying, “Even so, (Q)Lord God Almighty, (R)true and righteous are Your judgments.”
Fourth Bowl: Men Are Scorched
8 Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl (S)on the sun, (T)and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. 9 And men were scorched with great heat, and they (U)blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; (V)and they did not repent (W)and give Him glory.
Fifth Bowl: Darkness and Pain
10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl (X)on the throne of the beast, (Y)and his kingdom became full of darkness; (Z)and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain. 11 They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.
Sixth Bowl: Euphrates Dried Up
12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl (AA)on the great river Euphrates, (AB)and its water was dried up, (AC)so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean (AD)spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of (AE)the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of (AF)the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, (AG)performing signs, which go out to the kings [g]of the earth and of (AH)the whole world, to gather them to (AI)the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15 (AJ)“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, (AK)lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”
16 (AL)And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, [h]Armageddon.
Seventh Bowl: The Earth Utterly Shaken
17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, (AM)“It is done!” 18 And (AN)there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; (AO)and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake (AP)as had not occurred since men were on the earth. 19 Now (AQ)the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And (AR)great Babylon (AS)was remembered before God, (AT)to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. 20 Then (AU)every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. 21 And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.
