^21 (A)testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of ^(B)repentance toward God and of ^(C)faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.^[a]

⁷ But when he saw many of ^(A)the Pharisees and ^(B)Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, ^(C)“You brood of ^(D)vipers! Who warned you to flee from ^(E)the wrath to come? ⁸ Bear fruit ^(F)in keeping with repentance.

³ No, I tell you; but unless you ^(A)repent, you will all likewise perish.

⁵ No, I tell you; but unless you ^(A)repent, you will all likewise perish.”

³⁰ Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, ^(A)what must I do to be ^(B)saved?” ³¹ And they said, ^(C)“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you ^(D)and your household.”

For God So Loved the World

¹⁶ “For ^(A)God so loved ^(B)the world,^{[a] (C)}that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not ^(D)perish but have eternal life.

^18 (A)Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not ^(B)believed in the name of the only Son of God.
