6 Tada su ga okupljeni upitali: »Gospodine, hoćeš li sada ponovo uspostaviti kraljevstvo u Izraelu?«
7 On im je odgovorio: »Samo Otac ima vlast određivati datume i vrijeme. Vi ih ne možete znati. 8 Kad Sveti Duh siđe na vas, primit ćete silu i bit ćete moji svjedoci u Jeruzalemu, po cijeloj Judeji i Samariji, i sve do kraja Zemlje.«

6 Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore(A) the kingdom to Israel?”
7 He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.(B) 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you;(C) and you will be my witnesses(D) in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,(E) and to the ends of the earth.”(F)
