³⁵ So all who dwelt at Lydda and ^(A)Sharon saw him and ^(B)turned to the Lord.

²¹ And ^(A)the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and ^(B)turned to the Lord.

⁴² And it became known throughout all Joppa, ^(A)and many believed on the Lord.

¹⁶ And the Gadites dwelt in Gilead, in Bashan and in its villages, and in all the ^[a]common-lands of ^(A)Sharon within their borders.

¹⁶ Nevertheless ^(A)when one turns to the Lord, ^(B)the veil is taken away.

²⁹ And Shitrai the Sharonite was over the herds that fed in Sharon, and Shaphat the son of Adlai was over the herds that were in the valleys.

⁹ For they themselves declare concerning us ^(A)what manner of entry we had to you, ^(B)and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, ¹⁰ and ^(C)to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us ^(D)from the wrath to come.

^18 (A)to open their eyes, in order ^(B)to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, ^(C)that they may receive forgiveness of sins and ^(D)an inheritance among those who are ^(E)sanctified^[a] by faith in Me.’
