³⁰ When the brothers and sisters learned of it, they brought him down to Caesarea and sent him off to Tarsus.

²⁵ Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul,^(A)

¹¹ The Lord said to him, “Get up and go to the street called Straight, and at the house of Judas look for a man of Tarsus named Saul. At this moment he is praying,^(A)

⁴⁰ But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he was passing through the region he proclaimed the good news to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

²¹ Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia,^(A)

¹⁵ Those who conducted Paul brought him as far as Athens, and, after receiving instructions to have Silas and Timothy join him as soon as possible, they left him.^(A)

¹⁰ That very night the brothers and sisters sent Paul and Silas off to Beroea, and when they arrived they went to the Jewish synagogue.^(A)

²⁴ but their plot became known to Saul. They were watching the gates day and night so that they might kill him,^{(A) 25} but his disciples took him by night and let him down through an opening in the wall,^[a] lowering him in a basket.

¹³ Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”

²³ When they persecute you in this town, flee to the next, for truly I tell you, you will not have finished going through all the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.
