Philip in Samaria

Therefore, those (A)who had been scattered went through places [a](B)preaching the word. (C)Philip went down to the city of Samaria and began proclaiming the [b]Christ to them. The crowds were paying attention with one mind to what was being said by Philip, as they heard and saw the [c]signs which he was performing. For in the case of many who had (D)unclean spirits, they were coming out of them shouting with a loud voice; and many who had been (E)paralyzed or limped on crutches were healed. So there was (F)much rejoicing in that city.

Christ Is Preached in Samaria

Therefore (A)those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. Then (B)Philip went down to [a]the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For (C)unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. And there was great joy in that city.
