³³ With great power the apostles gave their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.^(A)

¹⁶ From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.^[a](A)

⁸ But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”^(A)

²² beginning from the baptism of John until the day when he was taken up from us—one of these must become a witness with us to his resurrection.”^(A)

⁵ because our message of the gospel came to you not in word only but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction; just as you know what kind of persons we proved to be among you for your sake.^(A)

¹⁸ For I will not be so bold as to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me to win obedience from the gentiles, by word and deed, ¹⁹ by the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit,^[a] so that from Jerusalem and as far around as Illyricum I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.^(A)

³⁰ while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant^[a] Jesus.”^(A)

¹⁵ and you killed the author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses.^{(A) 16} And by faith in his name, his name itself has made this man strong, whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus^[a] has given him this perfect health in the presence of all of you.

⁴⁷ praising God and having the goodwill of all the people. And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.^(A)

⁴⁸ You are witnesses^[a] of these things.^{(A) 49} And see, I am sending upon you what my Father promised, so stay here in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”^(B)
