30 (H)‘But the person who does anything [b]presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one [c]brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be [d]cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has (I)despised the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his [e]guilt shall be upon him.’ ”
