And sailing slowly, in many days and with difficulty we came[a] to Cnidus. Because[b] the wind did not permit us to go further, we sailed under the lee of Crete off Salmone. And sailing along its coast with difficulty, we came to a certain place called Fair Havens, near which was the town of Lasea.
