Paul Appears before Festus

25 Three days after Festus arrived in Caesarea to take over his new responsibilities, he left for Jerusalem,

³⁴ He read it and then asked Paul what province he was from. “Cilicia,” Paul answered.

⁵ So he said, “Those of you in authority can return with me. If Paul has done anything wrong, you can make your accusations.”

Paul Arrives at Jerusalem

¹⁵ After this we packed our things and left for Jerusalem.

²² The next stop was at the port of Caesarea. From there he went up and visited the church at Jerusalem^[a] and then went back to Antioch.

⁴⁰ Meanwhile, Philip found himself farther north at the town of Azotus. He preached the Good News there and in every town along the way until he came to Caesarea.
