Paul Appeals to Caesar

25 Now three days after Festus had arrived in ^(A)the province, he went up to Jerusalem from Caesarea.

³⁴ On reading the letter, he asked what ^(A)province he was from. And when he learned ^(B)that he was from Cilicia,

⁵ “So,” said he, “let the men of authority among you go down with me, and if there is anything wrong about the man, let them bring charges against him.”

¹⁵ After these days we got ready and went up to Jerusalem.

²² When he had landed at Caesarea, he ^(A)went up and greeted the church, and then went down to Antioch.

⁴⁰ But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he preached the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.
