^17 (A)And when we had come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.

⁴ And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they reported all things that God had done with them.

13 Let ^(A)brotherly love continue. ^2 (B)Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing ^(C)some have unwittingly entertained angels.

Glorify God Together

⁷ Therefore ^(A)receive one another, just ^(B)as Christ also received ^[a]us, to the glory of God.

⁷ because they went forth for His name’s sake, ^(A)taking nothing from the Gentiles. ⁸ We therefore ought to ^(B)receive^[a] such, that we may become fellow workers for the truth.

⁷ And when we had finished our voyage from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, greeted the brethren, and stayed with them one day.
