¹⁷ When we arrived, the brothers and sisters in Jerusalem welcomed us warmly.

⁴ When they arrived in Jerusalem, Barnabas and Paul were welcomed by the whole church, including the apostles and elders. They reported everything God had done through them.

⁷ For they are traveling for the Lord,^[a] and they accept nothing from people who are not believers.^{[b] 8} So we ourselves should support them so that we can be their partners as they teach the truth.

Concluding Words

13 Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters.^{[a] 2} Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!

⁷ Therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory.

⁷ The next stop after leaving Tyre was Ptolemais, where we greeted the brothers and sisters^[a] and stayed for one day.
