^21 (A)testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, ^(B)repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

³⁸ Then Peter said to them, ^(A)“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the ^[a]remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

¹¹ And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. ^12 (A)He who has the Son has ^[a]life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. ¹³ These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, ^[b]and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

¹⁸ When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, ^(A)“Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”

^24 [a]But ^(A)none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, ^(B)so that I may finish my ^[b]race with joy, ^(C)and the ministry ^(D)which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

⁴⁷ and that repentance and ^(A)remission of sins should be preached in His name ^(B)to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

³ I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

⁵ Who is he who overcomes the world, but ^(A)he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

^25 (A)in humility correcting those who are in opposition, ^(B)if God perhaps will grant them repentance, ^(C)so that they may know the truth, ²⁶ and that they may come to their senses and ^(D)escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.

¹⁰ For ^(A)godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; ^(B)but the sorrow of the world produces death.
