9 After he had said this, he was taken up as they were watching, and a cloud took him out of their sight. 10 While he was going, they were gazing into heaven, and suddenly two men in white clothes stood by them.(A) 11 They said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up into heaven? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come in the same way that you have seen him going into heaven.”(B)

9 And after he[a] had said these things, while[b] they were watching, he was taken up, and a cloud received him from their sight. 10 And as they were staring into the sky while[c] he was departing, behold, two men in white clothing stood by them 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee,[d] why do you stand there looking[e] into the sky? This Jesus who was taken up from you into heaven like this will come back in the same way you saw him departing into heaven!”
