Paul Ministers in Ephesus

Then Paul went to the synagogue and preached boldly for the next three months, arguing persuasively about the Kingdom of God. But some became stubborn, rejecting his message and publicly speaking against the Way. So Paul left the synagogue and took the believers with him. Then he held daily discussions at the lecture hall of Tyrannus. 10 This went on for the next two years, so that people throughout the province of Asia—both Jews and Greeks—heard the word of the Lord.

He went into the synagogue and spoke there boldly for three months, holding discussions and persuading those who heard him[a] about the kingdom of God. But when some people became stubborn, refused to believe, and slandered the Way in front of the people, Paul[b] left them, taking his disciples away with him, and held daily discussions in the lecture hall of Tyrannus.[c] 10 This went on for two years, so that all who lived in Asia, Jews and Greeks alike, heard the word of the Lord.
