³¹ Then some of the ^[a]officials of Asia, who were his friends, sent to him pleading that he would not venture into the theater.

¹⁰ And ^(A)this continued for two years, so that all who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

¹² Now when we heard these things, both we and those from that place pleaded with him not to go up to Jerusalem.
