The Riot at Ephesus

^21 (A)When these things were accomplished, Paul ^(B)purposed in the Spirit, when he had passed through ^(C)Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, “After I have been there, ^(D)I must also see Rome.”

² Now when he had gone over that region and encouraged them with many words, he came to ^(A)Greece

³⁴ But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest you come together for judgment. And the rest I will set in order when I come.

⁷ For I do not wish to see you now on the way; but I hope to stay a while with you, ^(A)if the Lord permits.

⁸ But I will tarry in Ephesus until ^(B)Pentecost. ⁹ For ^(C)a great and effective door has opened to me, and ^(D)there are many adversaries.
