¹⁷ This girl followed Paul and us, and cried out, saying, “These men are the servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to us the way of salvation.”

⁶ Jesus said to him, “I am ^(A)the way, ^(B)the truth, and ^(C)the life. ^(D)No one comes to the Father ^(E)except through Me.

^16 (A)as free, yet not ^(B)using liberty as a cloak for ^[a]vice, but as bondservants of God.

⁷ And he cried out with a loud voice and said, “What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I ^(A)implore^[a] You by God that You do not torment me.”

²⁰ And when he came to the den, he cried out with a ^[a]lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, ^(A)has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

²⁸ Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His ^(A)Angel^[a] and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God!

Nebuchadnezzar Praises God

²⁶ Then Nebuchadnezzar went near the ^[a]mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, servants of the ^(A)Most High God, come out, and come here.” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire.

^41 (A)And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, ^(B)“You are ^[a]the Christ, the Son of God!”

And He, ^(C)rebuking them, did not allow them to ^[b]speak, for they knew that He was the Christ.

³⁴ saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? ^(A)I know who You are—^(B)the Holy One of God!”
