¹¹ But we ^(A)believe that we will be ^(B)saved through ^(C)the grace of the Lord Jesus, ^(D)just as they will.”

^24 (A)and are justified ^(B)by his grace as a gift, ^(C)through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

⁴ But when ^(A)the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, ⁵ he saved us, ^(B)not because of works done by us in righteousness, but ^(C)according to his own mercy, by ^(D)the washing of regeneration and ^(E)renewal of the Holy Spirit, ⁶ whom he ^(F)poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, ⁷ so that ^(G)being justified by his grace we might become ^(H)heirs ^(I)according to the hope of eternal life.

¹¹ For ^(A)the grace of God ^(B)has appeared, bringing salvation ^(C)for all people,

⁵ even ^(A)when we were dead in our trespasses, ^(B)made us alive together with Christ—^(C)by grace you have been saved— ⁶ and raised us up with him and ^(D)seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷ so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable ^(E)riches of his grace in ^(F)kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. ⁸ For ^(G)by grace you have been saved ^(H)through faith. And this is ^(I)not your own doing; ^(J)it is the gift of God, ^9 (K)not a result of works, ^(L)so that no one may boast.

¹⁶ yet we know that ^(A)a person is not justified^[a] by works of the law ^(B)but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, ^(C)because by works of the law no one will be justified.

⁹ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ^(A)though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.
