³ Therefore they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, ^(A)who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and ^(B)wonders to be done by their hands.

^4 (A)God also bearing witness ^(B)both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and ^(C)gifts^[a] of the Holy Spirit, ^(D)according to His own will?

^18 (A)praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, ^(B)being watchful to this end with all perseverance and ^(C)supplication for all the saints— ¹⁹ and for me, that utterance may be given to me, ^(D)that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ²⁰ for which ^(E)I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

³² “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and ^(A)to the word of His grace, which is able ^(B)to build you up and give you ^(C)an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

²⁹ Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants ^(A)that with all boldness they may speak Your word, ³⁰ by stretching out Your hand to heal, ^(B)and that signs and wonders may be done ^(C)through the name of ^(D)Your holy Servant Jesus.”

^24 [a]But ^(A)none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, ^(B)so that I may finish my ^[b]race with joy, ^(C)and the ministry ^(D)which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

² But ^[a]even after we had suffered before and were spitefully treated at ^(A)Philippi, as you know, we were ^(B)bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God in much conflict.

The Just Live by Faith

¹⁶ For ^(A)I am not ashamed of the gospel ^[a]of Christ, for ^(B)it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, ^(C)for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

¹⁰ And ^(A)this continued for two years, so that all who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

Miracles Glorify Christ

¹¹ Now ^(B)God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, ^12 (C)so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them.
