¹⁰ When they were past the first and the second guard posts, they came to the iron gate that leads to the city, ^(A)which opened to them of its own accord; and they went out and went down one street, and immediately the angel departed from him.

¹⁹ But at night ^(A)an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said,

^26 (A)Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately ^(B)all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.

^19 (B)Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were ^[a]assembled, for ^(C)fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, ^(D)“Peace be with you.”

³⁴ They put him ^(A)under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him.

¹⁷ So he ^[a]put them all together in prison ^(A)three days.
