²⁶ and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church and taught a great many people. And in Antioch the disciples were first called ^(A)Christians.

²⁸ And Agrippa said to Paul, “In a short time would you persuade me to be ^(A)a Christian?”^[a]

¹⁶ Yet ^(A)if anyone suffers as a ^(B)Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God ^(C)in that name.

¹⁸ I counsel you ^(A)to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and ^(B)white garments so that you may clothe yourself and ^(C)the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, ^(D)so that you may see.

²⁷ But ^(A)the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and ^(B)you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and ^(C)is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.

^14 (A)If you are insulted ^(B)for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory^[a] and of God rests upon you.

¹⁵ from whom ^(A)every family^[a] in heaven and on earth is named,

²³ If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, ^(A)will they not say that you are out of your minds?

One Body with Many Members
