¹⁷ For ^(A)he was numbered among us and was allotted his share in ^(B)this ministry.”

²⁵ to take the place in ^(A)this ministry and ^(B)apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.”

¹⁹ After greeting them, ^(A)he related one by one ^(B)the things that God had done among the Gentiles through his ^(C)ministry.

²⁴ But ^(A)I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only ^(B)I may finish my course and ^(C)the ministry ^(D)that I received from the Lord Jesus, ^(E)to testify to ^(F)the gospel of ^(G)the grace of God.

^12 (A)While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have ^(B)guarded them, and ^(C)not one of them has been lost except ^(D)the son of destruction, ^(E)that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

⁷⁰ Jesus answered them, ^(A)“Did I not choose you, ^(B)the twelve? And yet one of you is ^(C)a devil.” ⁷¹ He spoke of Judas ^(D)the son of Simon Iscariot, for ^(E)he, one of the twelve, was going to betray him.

¹⁸ All this is from God, ^(A)who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us ^(B)the ministry of reconciliation;
