¹¹ who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, ^(A)will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

⁷ Behold, He is coming with ^(A)clouds, and every eye will see Him, even ^(B)they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

¹⁶ For ^(A)the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with ^(B)the trumpet of God. ^(C)And the dead in Christ will rise first.

^26 (A)Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

^30 (A)Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, ^(B)and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

³ And if I go and prepare a place for you, ^(A)I will come again and receive you to Myself; that ^(B)where I am, there you may be also.

The Son of Man Will Judge the Nations

^31 (A)“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the ^[a]holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.

²⁷ For ^(A)the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father ^(B)with His angels, ^(C)and then He will reward each according to his works.

¹⁰ and ^(A)to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us ^(B)from the wrath to come.
