³⁹ When they came up out of the water, ^(A)the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, ^[a]but went on his way rejoicing.

¹⁹ While Peter was reflecting on ^(A)the vision, ^(B)the Spirit said to him, “Behold, ^[a]three men are looking for you.

^12 (A)The Spirit told me to go with them ^[a](B)without misgivings. ^(C)These six brethren also went with me and we entered the man’s house.

² While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, ^(A)the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me ^(B)Barnabas and Saul for ^(C)the work to which I have called them.”

⁶ They passed through the ^[a](A)Phrygian and ^(B)Galatian region, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in ^[b](C)Asia; ⁷ and after they came to ^(D)Mysia, they were trying to go into ^(E)Bithynia, and the ^(F)Spirit of Jesus did not permit them;

²³ except that ^(A)the Holy Spirit solemnly ^(B)testifies to me in every city, saying that ^(C)bonds and afflictions await me.

¹¹ And coming to us, he ^(A)took Paul’s belt and bound his own feet and hands, and said, “This ^(B)is what the Holy Spirit says: ‘In this way the Jews at Jerusalem will ^(C)bind the man who owns this belt and ^(D)deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’”

²⁵ And when they did not agree with one another, they began leaving after Paul had spoken one parting word, “The Holy Spirit rightly spoke through Isaiah the prophet to your fathers,
