Acts 21:7-14
Christian Standard Bible
7 When we completed our voyage[a] from Tyre, we reached Ptolemais, where we greeted the brothers and sisters and stayed with them for a day.(A) 8 The next day we left and came to Caesarea, where we entered the house of Philip(B) the evangelist,(C) who was one of the Seven, and stayed with him. 9 This man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.(D)
10 After we had been there for several days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea. 11 He came to us, took Paul’s belt, tied his own feet and hands, and said, “This is what the Holy Spirit says: ‘In this way the Jews in Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him over to the Gentiles.’”(E) 12 When we heard this, both we and the local people pleaded with him not to go up to Jerusalem.
13 Then Paul replied, “What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”(F)
14 Since he would not be persuaded, we said no more except, “The Lord’s will be done.”(G)

Acts 21:7-14
Lexham English Bible
7 And when[a] we had completed the voyage from Tyre, we arrived at Ptolemais. And after we[b] greeted the brothers, we stayed one day with them. 8 And on the next day we departed and[c] came to Caesarea, and entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, and[d] stayed with him. 9 (Now this man had[e] four virgin daughters who prophesied.)
10 And while we[f] were staying there[g] many days, a certain prophet named[h] Agabus came down from Judea. 11 And he came to us and took Paul’s belt. Tying up his own feet and hands, he said, “This is what the Holy Spirit says: ‘In this way the Jews in Jerusalem will tie up the man whose belt this is, and will deliver him[i] into the hands of the Gentiles.’” 12 And when we heard these things, both we and the local residents urged him not to go up to Jerusalem. 13 Then Paul replied, “What are you doing weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be tied up, but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus!” 14 And because[j] he would not be persuaded, we remained silent, saying, “The will of the Lord be done.”

Acts 21:7-14
New International Version
7 We continued our voyage from Tyre(A) and landed at Ptolemais, where we greeted the brothers and sisters(B) and stayed with them for a day. 8 Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea(C) and stayed at the house of Philip(D) the evangelist,(E) one of the Seven. 9 He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied.(F)
10 After we had been there a number of days, a prophet named Agabus(G) came down from Judea. 11 Coming over to us, he took Paul’s belt, tied his own hands and feet with it and said, “The Holy Spirit says,(H) ‘In this way the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem will bind(I) the owner of this belt and will hand him over to the Gentiles.’”(J)
12 When we heard this, we and the people there pleaded with Paul not to go up to Jerusalem. 13 Then Paul answered, “Why are you weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die(K) in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”(L) 14 When he would not be dissuaded, we gave up(M) and said, “The Lord’s will be done.”(N)
