Acts 20:28-35
English Standard Version
28 (A)Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all (B)the flock, in which (C)the Holy Spirit has made you (D)overseers, (E)to care for (F)the church of God,[a] which he (G)obtained (H)with his own blood.[b] 29 I (I)know that after my departure (J)fierce wolves will come in among you, (K)not sparing the flock; 30 and (L)from among your own selves will arise men speaking twisted things, to draw away the disciples after them. 31 Therefore (M)be alert, remembering that (N)for three years I did not cease night or day (O)to admonish every one (P)with tears. 32 And now (Q)I commend you to God and to (R)the word of his grace, which is able to (S)build you up and to give you (T)the inheritance among all those who are sanctified. 33 (U)I coveted no one's silver or gold or apparel. 34 (V)You yourselves know that (W)these hands ministered to my necessities and (X)to those who were with me. 35 In all things (Y)I have shown you that (Z)by working hard in this way we must (AA)help the weak and (AB)remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed (AC)to give than to receive.’”

New International Version
28 Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock(A) of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers.(B) Be shepherds of the church of God,[a](C) which he bought(D) with his own blood.[b](E) 29 I know that after I leave, savage wolves(F) will come in among you and will not spare the flock.(G) 30 Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples(H) after them. 31 So be on your guard! Remember that for three years(I) I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears.(J)
32 “Now I commit you to God(K) and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance(L) among all those who are sanctified.(M) 33 I have not coveted anyone’s silver or gold or clothing.(N) 34 You yourselves know that these hands of mine have supplied my own needs and the needs of my companions.(O) 35 In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
