29 that you abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols and from blood and from what is strangled[a] and from fornication. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.’
30 So they were sent off and went down to Antioch. When they gathered the congregation together, they delivered the letter. 31 When its members[b] read it, they rejoiced at the exhortation.

New International Version
29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.(A) You will do well to avoid these things.

30 So the men were sent off and went down to Antioch, where they gathered the church together and delivered the letter. 31 The people read it and were glad for its encouraging message.
