28 For it was the Holy Spirit’s decision—and ours—not to place further burdens on you beyond these requirements:(A) 29 that you abstain from food offered to idols, from blood, from eating anything that has been strangled, and from sexual immorality.(B) You will do well if you keep yourselves from these things.

28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit(A) and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.(B) You will do well to avoid these things.
