To the Gentile brothers of Antioch, Syria,
and Cilicia:
Greetings!
24 Since we have heard that some from among us have troubled you with words disturbing to your souls,[a] although we gave them no such authorization, 25 it seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to select men to send to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul—

24 We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said.(E) 25 So we all agreed to choose some men and send them to you with our dear friends Barnabas and Paul—
