27 For those who live in Jerusalem, and their (A)rulers, (B)recognizing neither Him nor the [a]declarations of (C)the prophets which are (D)read every Sabbath, fulfilled these by condemning Him. 28 And though they found no grounds for putting Him to death, they (E)asked Pilate that He be executed. 29 When they had (F)carried out everything that was written concerning Him, (G)they took Him down from the [b](H)cross and (I)laid Him in a tomb.
