²⁸ And one of them named ^(A)Agabus stood up and indicated ^[a]by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine ^(B)all over the ^[b]world. ^[c]And this took place in the reign of ^(C)Claudius.

⁵ And when He opened the third seal, I heard the ^(A)third living creature saying, “Come.” Then I looked, and behold, a ^(B)black horse; and he who sits on it had a ^(C)pair of scales in his hand. ⁶ And I heard something like a voice in the midst of the ^(D)four living creatures saying, “One ^[a]choinix of wheat for one ^[b]denarius, and three ^[c]choinix of barley for one ^[d]denarius, and ^(E)do not harm the oil and the wine.”
