23 [a]And they [b]presented two, Joseph called Barsabas, whose surname was Justus, and Matthias.
24 And they prayed, saying, Thou Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, show whether of these two thou hast chosen,
25 That he may take the [c]room of this ministration and Apostleship, from which Judas hath [d]gone astray, to go to his own place.

23 So they nominated two men: Joseph called Barsabbas (also known as Justus) and Matthias. 24 Then they prayed,(A) “Lord, you know everyone’s heart.(B) Show us(C) which of these two you have chosen 25 to take over this apostolic ministry, which Judas left to go where he belongs.”
