16 “[a]Brothers, (A)the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit foretold by the mouth of David concerning Judas, (B)who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus. 17 For he was (C)counted among us and received his share in (D)this ministry.” 18 (Now this man (E)acquired a field with (F)the price of his wickedness, and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle and all his intestines gushed out. 19 And it became known to all the residents of Jerusalem; as a result that field was called Hakeldama in (G)their own language, that is, Field of Blood.)

18 (With the payment(F) he received for his wickedness, Judas bought a field;(G) there he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out. 19 Everyone in Jerusalem heard about this, so they called that field in their language(H) Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.)
