2 Timothy 4:16-18

16 At my first defense no one supported me, but all deserted me; (A)may it not be counted against them. 17 But the Lord stood with me and (B)strengthened me, so that through me (C)the proclamation might [a]be (D)fully accomplished, and that all (E)the Gentiles might hear; and I was (F)rescued out of (G)the lion’s mouth. 18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will [b](H)bring me safely to His (I)heavenly kingdom; (J)to [c]Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

May it not be charged against them! 17 But the Lord stood by me and gave me strength to proclaim the message fully, that all the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion’s mouth. 18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil and save me for his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.
